1.1. Information You Provide Directly
- Account Registration Data: Your name, email address, mobile phone number, and a secure password.
- Payment and Wallet Data: Records of Wallet top-ups, transaction amounts, and the chosen payment method (we do not store your full credit card number; this is handled by a secured third-party payment gateway).

- Communications: Information you provide when contacting customer support, submitting feedback, or participating in surveys.
1.2. Information We Collect Automatically from Service Use
- Location Data: We collect precise or approximate location data from your mobile device to show you nearby charging stations, provide navigation, and record the location of your charging sessions. You may disable this via device settings, but it may limit your ability to use the App's core features.
- Charging Session Data: Real-time data regarding your charging session, including charging station ID, start and end times, energy consumed (in kWh), session duration, and the total fee charged to your Wallet.
- Device and Usage Data: Information about how you access the App, including your device's IP address, device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, App crash data, and features you use within the App.
2. How We Use Your Information

- To create, manage, and verify your User Account.
